Hey guys thanks for your advice in the past with helping fix my 411 diskbine ran into another problem recently. Was just mowing along and the disks stopped spinning but the rollers kept spinning.

Without any resistance both will spin fine but when i put a stick between the disks u can turn the pto and it will just spin the rollers freely. Is there a type of shear bolt i am missing? I checked all the gears in cutter bar and gear box and they fine. Could it be the elastic coupling kit?

Any help would be great im hoping its something simple but i just cant find and shearbolts or places where the power is differentiated and there seems to be a problem. My issue was just some stretched belts. Here is it back again. Sorry I couldn't do this last night. The service manual was not in the usual location ( the bathroom, for easy reference ), but in the garage, and mom had already gone to bed and would wake up and wonder what I was going in and out the house for at night.
First off, maybe remove the top off the main bevel drive gearbox to see if all shafts and gears are turning; nothing broken there. Then suspect a break between the bottom output shaft and cutterbar. The service manual shows both ends of the cutterbar being removed with floor jacks but I don't think it's necessary for your case: (1st photo ) 2nd photo: Park the machine on a concrete floor, raise the header and lock it in the up position. Loosen (don't remove ) the four bolts that attach the right hand (non powered ) angle support for the cutterbar tower to the frome. 3rd photo: Pump up a rolling floor jack underneath the left end of the cutterbar (the driven end ), and remove 2 horizontal bolts 'A' and 6 vertical bolts 'B'.
4th photo: Slowly lower the jack until left end drive tower clears the 6 splined drive shaft from the bevel gearbox. There might be other panels or things attached (the pan between bar and rollers ) that must be removed or unfastened to move the cutterbar.
